We reported earlier that Kayne and Ludacris had been summoned to court after New Jersey hip hop group IOF alleged the pair had stolen ’style and lyrics’ from the IOF track “Straight Like That” to create Ludacris’ single “Stand Up”

The trial lasted two weeks with the jury requiring only 24 hours to reach a not guilty verdict for Kanye and Ludacris.
