Update on the Dallas Austin story: Dallas has been held without bail at the Al-Rashdiya police station in Dubai since his arrest May 19 at Dubai International Airport.

Formal charges were laid on Tuesday when Austin was charged with possession of 1.26 grams of cocaine. Trial before a Dubai judge is scheduled to begin Sunday. It has also been announced he faces up to four years in prison.
