Currently locked up in the Federal Detention Centre, Lil Kim is scheduled to be released on Monday morning (US time). Lil Kim (real name Kimberly Jones), has been locked up since September 20, 2005 after being charged with perjury during a shooting trial in New York.

The ordeal isn’t quite over yet for Jones, as she will be released from the Detention Centre between 6AM and 10AM on Monday, but will then be taken to an undisclosed facility in New Jersey for processing before serving another one month of her sentence on house arrest.
