Speaking on Big Boy’s Neighborhood Show last week, Snoop dropped a jewel regarding Dr Dre’s upcoming Detox album
“That record is real it’s coming,” Snoop Dogg said. “You know me, I was starting to doubt it myself and then I went up there and [Dr. Dre] played so much music for me it knocked my head off.”
Is this good news or bad news? The good news is someone can actually confirm Dre is at least working on this long spoken of album. The bad news is, if Snoop is only just hearing the songs now, that would indicate he’s not on it. What’s a Dre album without Snoop?
We’ve been waiting on this one. Is Snoop just blowing smoke here like that video announcing Detox in September 07? Or is this for real? Time will tell.
